No matter where you live, there is some type of crime, from graffiti, vandalism, to car theft and burglaries. Community Patrol groups work alongside the community and the Police to make your community safer.
North Hamilton Community Patrol is a volunteer group of local people which works with other community groups and the Police to make our community safer. We have patrols on duty several nights each week, covering North and East areas of Hamilton. Although organisationally separate from the NZ Police, we have a close working relationship with the local Police at the North Hamilton Police Station in Flagstaff.
We are also affiliated to the national body, Community Patrols of NZ, and we also co-ordinate with other local groups such as West Hamilton Night Owls (Dinsdale), and Kiwiwatch (Glenview).
